At the current time only the first floor of the Perry House is available for rental, although we look forward to providing second floor meeting rooms and a bridal retreat bedroom in the future. Further in our anticipation of future rental options is the large 3 story barn at the rear of the property.
The house is fully air-conditioned, and exceeds code compliance for fire safety. There are two gracious formal front parlors available for flexible use. The rear of the house is the more rustic large “keeping room” with the great hearth which is suitable for dining or meetings of up to 50 persons. The east ell functions as our Tourist Information Center, and is available for overflow in a party situation. Weather permitting the lawns and rear covered patio is available. The capacity of an inside event is 100 persons.
The Perry House is rented either by room, or the first floor as a whole and grounds. Pricing differs by the amount of house used, and the amount of time used.
Parking is available to the left of the property in the large parking lot. All functions require a Foundation supervisor in attendance.
